It seems like there might be a technical issue with the MyPublicWiFi program. It could be helpful to try reinstalling the program or contacting their support for further assistance.
After clicking on the "Start Hotspot" button, it shows no Internet Connection and devices are not connected too. I can't delete the version I've downloaded. What's the solution?

To get rid of this error, right click the application and choose Run As Administrator, then switch to the Settings tab and enable Internet Sharing. Adjust the network settings for wireless. Additionally, select the correct network adapter and the error should disappear. All you network features as well as adapters should be enabled. This is the general condition for the application to work properly.
My public WiFi seems to be working fine on my Windows 7, but none of my devices are getting connected. What could be the problem?

The problem might be and it's most certainly related to the network's configuration. Try to change the default network settings for your WiFi and restart the client used to stream the Internet and it should work. Additionally, make sure that your devices are not configured to use a manual IP address then it should work normally.
MyPublicWifi takes your Internet connection and streams it via Wireless. To do this, simply start the application then check Automatic Hotspot configuration. Set a password of 8 characters minimum then check Enable Internet Sharing and select the network card that's connected to Internet. To enabled Internet Sharing, go to Control Panel > Network and Settings > Change adapter settings and locate the Lan adapter. Right click it and go to Properties > Sharing and check Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection.
I have downloaded 'MyPublicWifi' but it does not get uninstalled. The uninstall process stops at the starting and doesn't move forward.I tried contacting MyPublicWifi but they didn't replied. Can you also tell me how to uninstall 'windowexeallkiller'?

Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
Since these two applications are not malware related, you don't need to run an anti-malware application to remove them because Revo will take care of that. Additionally, run Revo again after you uninstall the products.
